Free Shipping
All Heartima orders qualify for free shipping. There is no minimum purchase requirement and no additional fees applied at checkout.

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
Handling time
- Once you place your order, we typically process it within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed after 12 PM EST are processed the following business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Transit Time
Once an order has been packed and dispatched to our trusted carrier, transit time is usually 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday). This may vary depending on where you are located.

The total estimated delivery window, from date of order, is 6–10 business days (Monday–Friday).

Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched. To monitor the status of your order, use our Track Order page.
If you have not received a tracking confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, or if your tracking number is not working, please reach out to us at support@heartima.com.
Shipping Damage
While we take every precaution in packaging, damage can occasionally occur in transit. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@heartima.com, including your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will arrange a complimentary replacement or issue a full refund, according to your preference.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking indicates that your order was delivered but it has not been received, we recommend checking your property and confirming with neighbors, as packages are occasionally misplaced upon delivery. If the package still cannot be located, please contact us at support@heartima.com within 7 days, and we will investigate the matter and work toward a resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
We encourage customers to verify their shipping address carefully at checkout. If an error is identified after an order has been placed, please contact us immediately at support@heartima.com. We will make every effort to update the address prior to dispatch; however, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
